How We Do It

The primary purpose of the inspection is to educate you about the general condition of the home.

You are encouraged to attend the inspection. It is an opportunity for you to acquire a better understanding of the systems of your new home. In addition maintenance, repair and cost effective improvement advice is provided to increase this understanding. We encourage you to ask as many questions as you like to ensure we have addressed all your concerns.

At the end of the inspection, the inspector will go through the report with you explaining his findings and you will receive your copy of the report.

A typical inspection is usually 2 - 3 hours.

The Legacy inspection provides you with

- The verbal report and advice.
- The written report.
- Legacy Home Inspections Extended Service*.

* The staff of Legacy Home Inspections will remain available to you over the phone, at no further expense. Our extended service program is in effect for as long as you live in the house.
